Delete your GabbleGames account

This page is for every GabbleGames game: CarromTalk, LudoTalk, ChessMingle, BackgammonTalk, SpadesTalk, 29Talk, CuePub, CheckersTalk, GutiTalk, MorrisTalk and the GabbleGames app.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Open the game — the phone app, or its web version in any browser (for example play.carromtalk.com or play.ludotalk.com).
2. Sign in with the same Google, Apple or Facebook account you play with.
3. Go to Me → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once. You don't need the phone app installed: the web version works the same.

Subscribed to VIP on iPhone or Android? Deleting your account doesn't stop Apple or Google charging you. Cancel there first: iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Write to [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] from the email address of your Google, Apple or Facebook sign-in, with the game's name, and we'll delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

What is deleted

Your card (name, photo, country), settings, follows, notifications, the files you sent, your game links and clips, your coins, gems, items, VIP, coin record, and everything our live server holds in your name — and your sign-in with us. There is no undo, and nothing bought is refunded.

What stays

• Messages you sent stay on the devices of the people you sent them to.
• Reports you filed, or that were filed about you, stay with us for [PLACEHOLDER: report retention].
• Purchase and refund records (order number, amount, account ID) stay as long as tax law requires.
• A one-way fingerprint of your sign-in, holding nothing but the fact, stays so that the welcome grant isn't given twice and the age rules still apply if you sign up again.
